Accepting these terms

These terms cover your use of the Signature Hemet Spray Foam Insulation website and any work you hire us to do. If you browse the site, send us a request or book a job, you're agreeing to them, so please read them first.

If you don't agree with something here, please don't use the site. Call us at (951) 484-2035 or reach us through our contact page and we'll talk it through before any work starts.

What we do

Signature Hemet Spray Foam Insulation is an insulation contractor in Hemet, CA. We install spray foam, blown-in and other insulation, seal air gaps, put down vapor barriers and remove old insulation for homes and businesses in Hemet and the cities around it. You can read more about who we are on our about page.

What you read on this site is general information about insulation and how we work. It isn't advice for your house in particular, because every attic, wall and crawl space is different, and we only know what yours needs once we've seen it.

Estimates and pricing

We give free estimates at your property, and asking for one doesn't obligate you to anything. The estimate describes the work, the materials and the price based on what we can see and reach during the visit.

Some things only show up once the job is open, like soaked or contaminated old insulation, hidden damage, or framing that's different from what we expected. If that happens, we'll stop, show you what we found and explain the cost before doing any extra work. We won't add charges you haven't approved.

An estimate is good for the period written on it. After that, prices for material and labor may change, and we'll give you an updated figure.

Scheduling, access and cancellation

We set a start date with you once you approve the estimate. Weather, material deliveries and conditions inside the house can move that date, and if they do we'll let you know as early as we can.

You agree to give our crew safe access to the work areas, including the attic hatch, garage or crawl space entry, and to keep children and pets clear while we work. For spray foam jobs, you agree to stay out of the house for the re-entry time, the period before it's safe to come back inside, that we give you based on the foam maker's instructions.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, call us as soon as you know. If we've already ordered special material or turned away other work for your date, we may charge for those costs, and the estimate or contract will say so. This doesn't take away any cancellation right California law gives you.

Payment

The payment schedule and the ways you can pay are written in your estimate or contract. Please pay by the dates it shows.

If a payment is late, we may pause work until it's caught up, and we may charge late fees or collection costs where California law allows. If you have a question about a bill, call us before the due date and we'll go over it with you.

Our work and warranties

We're licensed and insured, and we stand behind our work. If something isn't right with what we installed, call us and we'll come back to look at it and make it right.

Materials carry their own warranties from the companies that make them, and we'll pass those along to you. Apart from what we promise in writing and any warranty California law requires, we don't make other promises, including specific savings on your power bill or a set temperature in any room, because those depend on your house, your equipment and how you use them.

Our warranty doesn't cover damage from roof or plumbing leaks, pests, later work by others, or changes made to the insulation after we leave.

Limits on our liability

As far as California law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect or follow-on losses, like lost rent, hotel stays or lost business, that come from the work or from using this site.

If we're found responsible for a loss connected to a job, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law says can't be limited.

Using this website

The text, photos and design on this site belong to Signature Hemet Spray Foam Insulation. You can read and share pages for personal use, but please don't copy them for business use without our permission.

We work to keep the site accurate and running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. Links to outside sites are there for your convenience, and we aren't responsible for what's on them.

Settling a disagreement

If you're unhappy with anything, call us first at (951) 484-2035, because most problems get solved fastest by talking. We're available Monday through Sunday, 7 AM to 10 PM.

If we can't work it out together, we both agree to try mediation, a meeting with a neutral person who helps us reach an agreement, before going to court. If mediation doesn't settle it, either of us may take the matter to a court in Riverside County, California.

California law applies

These terms and any work we do for you are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted here is the one that applies. Changes don't affect work you've already signed for, which stays under the terms in your contract.
