I spent years on the line in restaurant kitchens before I ever climbed into an attic, and a hot kitchen teaches you to respect heat, airflow and doing things in the right order. I picked up insulation work on a friend's crew, liked it more than I expected, and started Signature Hemet Spray Foam Insulation here in Hemet in 2013.

I come out to look at the job myself, take photos of what's in your attic or crawl space and walk you through them in plain words. You'll know whether the old insulation is soaked, thin at the edges or fine as it is before we talk about a price, and the person who wrote your estimate is the one who answers for the work.
The work goes in the right order
Repairs, safety checks and air sealing, closing the gaps around lights, pipes and the attic hatch, come first because insulation laid over a draft is fighting it all day. We keep the eave vents clear so the attic can still breathe, and only then does the new insulation go in.
Your house stays as tidy as we found it
Our crew protects the path from your door to the attic hatch and cleans as we go, a habit I carried over from busy kitchens. When the crew is done, I go over the finished job with you so you can see what you paid for.

Permits handled before the work starts
When a job calls for a permit, we take care of it with the right city or county office before we start and plan the work around the inspection. Inside Hemet, permits come from the city's Building & Safety Division, which now takes new applications through its online portal.
